Otter Indoor Cam

If you don’t see the otters, they may be in the Otter Exhibit (Outdoor Cam) or taking a nap in a den. Check back later for behind-the-scenes activity.

Please note:

Otter cameras will temporarily be offline while our Estuarine Biology staff works to manage behavioral interactions between the otters.

Everyone is safe and healthy. Please be patient and we hope to have the cameras on soon!
Peak viewing is around feeding times:
9:30-10:00 a.m.
12:00-12:30 p.m.

The otter cams were made possible through generous donations from Marianne Harms, John and Wendy Peters, and the N M Morris Family Foundation. The indoor habitat (constructed in 2016) was sponsored by Stan and Barbara Benning, Calvert County Government, Nancy Wieck, The Bildman and Clarke-Romero Family, and Liz Halvosa.
